I just released SystemRescueCd-0.4.2-beta2. Here is the official changelog (between 0.4.1 - 0.4.2-beta2):

• Updated the kernel to Linux-2.6.23.01 with Reiser4 (rescuecd + rescue64)
• Updated the alternative kernel to Linux-2.6.22.12 with Reiser4 (vmlinuz2)
• Updated sys-fs/ntfs3g to 1.1104
• Added madwifi (support for ath5k wireless cards)

The madwifi support was added because this feature was requested in the forums:
